IATF16949 : 2016 Automotive quality management system certification
CHIEFCON Electronics has obtained IATF16949:2016 Automotive Quality Management System certification in July 2024.
IATF 16949:2016 was previously known as ISO/TS 16949, and IATF 16949:2016 is an international standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) based on the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system framework for the automotive industry.
Under the expectation of various car manufacturers, CHIEFCON Electronics, a Taiwanese thin-film capacitor manufacturer, became one of the first companies to obtain IATF16949:2016 certification, which represents that CHIEFCON Electronics' research and development capabilities, manufacturing capabilities, and management capabilities have been internationally recognized.
